Caddy for Pet Mayor Halloween Town!

Hello,
My name is Caddy . I need no costume to celebrate Halloween. I am a rescue cat . I also have a broken tail and I play fetch like a dog . My person that thinks I am her pet, but I know otherwise, is Susan Ryan .
